Web Page A presentation by Ms. A. Bowles, representing the Beaver Valley Library, on the grant received for computer training. The BV Library is offering a web page design course and would like to link its planned web page to the proposed Village of Montrose web page.

BC Hydro Dams Invitation to attend an information meeting on the B.C. Hydro Reservoir Operations, scheduled for June 29, 2000 at 11:45 a.m., at the Terra Nova Hotel in Trail.
Councillors Benzer & Stone may attend.
BC Archives A letter from G. A. Mitchell, Provincial Archivist, rejecting Council’s application for an Archives Assistance Program grant.
Council requested additional information about the nature of the training assistance offered by the Provincial Archivist.
GTCHC An invitation to attend the groundbreaking ceremony for the new power plant project at the Trail Regional Hospital (June 24, 11:30 a.m.).
Mayor Walsh will attend.
Child Services A request from Ms. P. Kellett and Mr. J. McDermott in support of the child Services Equality Act and an early intervention fund.
Council requested additional information about the nature of the support requested by Kellett and McDermott.
Premier’s Visit An invitation to attend an Italian Banquet at the Italo Canadese Hall in Trail with Premier Ujjal Dosanjh (June 24, 2000 – 6:00 p.m.)

Paving Plan Administrator – A memorandum with supporting report from Urban Systems Ltd. with recommendations for adjustments to the funding requirements for the 10-year paving program.

That a reduction in the 2000 paving program not be considered as a first consideration in the event that the paving bids exceed the budgeted amount for the program.
